The Big Country Combo

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Bacon

In a bowl, season the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form into two equal-sized patties.

Form the Burger Patties

In the same skillet, cook the burger patties over medium-high heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness. Top each patty with 2 slices of American cheese during the last minute of cooking to melt.

Cook the Burger Patties

While the patties are cooking, heat another skillet over medium heat. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. Place two slices in the skillet, butter side down, and grill until golden brown.

Grill the Bread

On one piece of grilled bread, place one burger patty with melted cheese, followed by bacon. Top with the second burger patty, then cover with the second piece of grilled bread. Finish with the remaining two slices of bread, buttered side down, grilling until golden brown on both sides.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.

Make the Cake

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Mix Dry Ingredients

In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and dulce de leche until smooth.

Combine Wet Ingredients

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Combine Mixtures

Divide the batter evenly between the prepared pans. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Bake the Cake

Allow the cakes to cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then remove from pans and let cool completely on a wire rack.

Cool the Cakes

In a saucepan, combine water, butter, and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat.

Make the Churros

Stir in 1 cup of flour until the mixture forms a ball. Let cool slightly before adding eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Roll the fried churros in the mixture while warm.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and then coat with breadcrumbs.

Prepare the Chicken

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Fry the breaded chicken for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown. Transfer to a baking dish.

Top each chicken breast with marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

While the chicken is baking, mix minced garlic with the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Brush the garlic oil on both sides of the bread slices.

In a separate skillet, toast the bread slices over medium heat until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Once the chicken is done, place one piece of chicken on a slice of toasted bread. Top with another slice of bread, and repeat with the second chicken filet.

Season the beef round steaks with salt and black pepper. In a shallow dish, combine flour, salt, and pepper. In another dish, beat the eggs and mix in buttermilk. Dip each steak in the flour, then in the egg mixture, and back into the flour to coat well.

Prepare the Country-Fried Steaks

In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Fry the breaded steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.

In the same skillet, reduce the heat and toast the Texas toast slices until golden brown on both sides. Set aside.

Prepare the Toast

On a slice of Texas toast, layer one crispy country-fried steak, followed by a generous scoop of mashed potatoes, smothered in country gravy. Top with the second country-fried steak and a fried egg. Finally, place another slice of Texas toast on top.

Assemble the Sandwich
