Cocktail Preparation
Prepare the Glass
Chill a cocktail glass by filling it with ice water. Set aside while you prepare the drink.
Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine Jameson, peach puree, ginger liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup. Fill the shaker with ice.
Shake Well
Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Strain and Serve
Remove the ice water from the cocktail glass and strain the mixture into the chilled glass.
Garnish
Sprinkle a pinch of ground cinnamon on top for aroma and flavor.
