Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure the wings cook evenly.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Wings

In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until fully coated.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Bake the Wings

Spread the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the wings are crispy and golden brown, turning halfway through.

  2. 4

    Prepare the Sauces

While the wings are baking, prepare your choice of sauces (Southern white, hot, mild, BBQ) in separate bowls for easy serving.

Serving

  1. 5

    Plate the Wings

Once cooked, remove the wings from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes. Serve them on a platter with the bleu cheese dressing and celery sticks on the side.

  2. 6

    Serve with Sauce

Drizzle the chosen sauce over the wings or serve it on the side for dipping.
