Preparation

Preparation

1. Cook the Meat

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and let it cool before chopping into small pieces.

2. Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and chop the spinach and cherry tomatoes. Set them aside for later use.

3. Whisk the Eggs

In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them together. Add salt and black pepper to taste.

Cooking

4. Heat the Skillet

In the same skillet used for the bacon, add the olive oil and heat over medium-low heat.

5. Pour in the Eggs

Once the oil is hot, pour in the whisked eggs, tilting the pan to evenly distribute.

6. Add Ingredients

As the eggs begin to set, sprinkle the cooked bacon, cheddar cheese, spinach, and cherry tomatoes evenly across the surface.

7. Fold the Omelette

When the edges of the omelette start to lift away from the pan, use a spatula to carefully fold the omelette in half. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the cheese is melted and the eggs are fully cooked.

8. Serve

Slide the omelette onto a plate and serve immediately. Optionally, garnish with additional vegetables or herbs.
