Method

Salmon Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Salmon

Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper on both sides.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Salmon

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the salmon fillets skin-side down. Cook for about 4-5 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes or until cooked through.

Succotash Preparation

  1. 3

    Cook the Vegetables

In a separate pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add the diced red onion, bell pepper, and celery. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until softened.

  2. 4

    Add Corn and Green Beans

Stir in the corn kernels and green beans, season with salt and black pepper, and cook for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

Cornbread Stuffing Preparation

  1. 5

    Prepare the Stuffing

In a large bowl, combine cubed cornbread, chicken broth, diced onion, sage, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until the cornbread absorbs the broth.

  2. 6

    Cook the Stuffing

Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown on top.

Lemon Butter Sauce Preparation

  1. 7

    Make the Sauce

In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Stir in lemon juice, chopped chives, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
