Beverage Preparation

1

Juicing Oranges

Start by juicing the fresh oranges to make 2 cups of orange juice. If you do not have a juicer, you can use a blender to blend the oranges and then strain the juice using a fine sieve.

2

Mixing Ingredients

In a pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed orange juice with honey. Stir well until the honey is fully dissolved in the juice.

3

Serving

Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the orange juice mixture over the ice. Serve immediately.

Breakfast Accompaniment Preparation

4

Toasting Bread

Toast the whole grain bread slices in a toaster or on a skillet until they are golden brown.

5

Preparing Avocado Spread

While the bread is toasting, cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

6

Assembling the Toast

Spread the mashed avocado evenly on the toasted bread slices. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and arrange them on top of the avocado toast.
