In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, and Crow's Nest beer. Mix until well combined and smooth.

Stir in the diced pimentos, garlic powder, onion powder, and hot sauce. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
