Juice Preparation

  1. 1

    Orange Juice

To make orange juice, cut the oranges in half and juice them using a juicer or reamer until you have 4 cups of fresh orange juice.

  2. 2

    Cranberry Juice

If using fresh cranberries, rinse them thoroughly and blend with 1 cup of water until smooth. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to extract the juice. If using frozen cranberries, thaw them first and then blend and strain as described.

  3. 3

    Apple Juice

Wash and core the apples. Cut them into quarters and blend with 1 cup of water until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve to extract the juice, or use a juicer if available.

Serving Suggestions

  1. 4

    Sweetening the Juice

Taste the juice for sweetness. If it’s not sweet enough, add sugar to taste, stirring until dissolved.

  2. 5

    Chilling the Juice

For a refreshing drink, serve the juice over ice cubes in a glass.
