Prepare the Ice Ball
Start by preparing the ice ball. Use a silicone ice mold to freeze water into a spherical shape. Ensure it's fully frozen before use.

Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing glass, combine 2 oz of Four Roses Bourbon, 1 tsp of Demerara Syrup, and 2 dashes of House Bitters.

Stir the Mixture
Add ice to the mixing glass and stir the mixture gently for about 20-30 seconds until well chilled.

Strain into Glass
Place the ice ball in a lowball glass. Strain the chilled mixture over the ice ball.

Garnish
Finish by garnishing the drink with a Luxardo Cherry. Place it on top of the drink or skewer it if preferred.
