Prepare the Salad

Wash and Tear the Lettuce
Thoroughly wash the romaine lettuce under cold water. Shake off excess water and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces. Place them in a large salad bowl.

Add Croutons and Parmesan
Add the croutons and grated Parmesan cheese to the bowl with the torn romaine lettuce.
Make the Caesar Dressing

Combine Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the minced garlic, chopped anchovy fillets, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice. Mix well to combine the ingredients.

Emulsify the Dressing
While whisking, slowly drizzle in the olive oil to create an emulsion. Continue whisking until the dressing is smooth and creamy.

Add salt and freshly ground black pepper to the dressing according to your taste preferences. Mix well.
Assemble the Salad
