Blood Oath Bourbon Pact No. 9 Recipe

Preparation

   Chill the Glass

   Begin by chilling a coupe or martini glass. You can do this by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water for a few minutes.

   Mix the Ingredients

   In a mixing glass, combine 2 oz of Blood Oath Bourbon, 1 oz of sweet vermouth, and 2 dashes of Angostura bitters.

   Stir

   Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir the mixture for about 30 seconds until well chilled.

   Strain into Glass

   Remove the ice from your chilled glass. Using a strainer, pour the mixture from the mixing glass into the chilled coupe or martini glass.

   Garnish

   Express the oils from a piece of orange peel over the drink and then drop it into the glass. Finally, add a maraschino cherry for garnish.
