Preparation Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Romaine Lettuce
Wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly under cold water. Remove any wilted or damaged leaves. Chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl.
- 2
Add the Roasted Tomatoes
If not already done, roast the tomatoes by cutting them in half, drizzling with olive oil, and seasoning with salt and pepper. Roast in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 20 minutes or until caramelized. Add the roasted tomatoes to the salad bowl.
- 3
Add Croutons and Parmesan Cheese
Sprinkle the croutons and grated parmesan cheese over the top of the salad.
- 4
Dress the Salad
Drizzle the house-made Caesar dressing over the salad. Toss gently to combine all ingredients, ensuring the lettuce is evenly coated with dressing.
- 5
Serve
Serve immediately as a refreshing side dish or a light main course.
