Burger Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Burger Patties
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
- 2
Shape the Patties
Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, ensuring they are slightly larger than the buns.
- 3
Cook the Patties
Preheat a grill or frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.

Fries Preparation
- 5
Prepare the Potatoes
Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into thin strips or wedges, depending on your preference.
- 6
Season the Fries
In a large bowl, toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.
- 7
Bake the Fries
Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F). Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

Serve the Fries
Remove the fries from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Serve alongside the Gypsy Burger.
