Method

Preparing the Grilled Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Add the salmon fillets and coat them evenly with the marinade. Let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Grill the Salmon

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it on the grill. Grill for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through and has nice grill marks.

Preparing the Seasonal Vegetables

  1. 3

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and slice the zucchini and red bell pepper into strips. Trim the ends of the asparagus.

  2. 4

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add the zucchini, red bell pepper, and asparagus. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Making the Lemon Butter Sauce

  1. 5

    Prepare the Sauce

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

  2. 6

    Finish the Sauce

Stir in lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Let the sauce simmer for another minute before removing it from heat.
