Wings Marinade
Method
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Marinate the Wings
In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, lime juice, fish sauce, brown sugar, Sriracha, garlic, and ginger. Mix well until the sugar is dissolved. Add the chicken wings and toss to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
- 2
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
- 3
Bake the Wings
Remove the wings from the marinade and arrange them in a single layer on the wire rack. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
- 4
Garnish and Serve
Once cooked, remove the wings from the oven and sprinkle with chopped cilantro before serving. Serve with extra Sriracha on the side if desired.
