Pink Shiso Spritz (tall) Recipe
Tanqueray's Rangpur Lime Distilled Gin on ice with sparkling wine, shiso cordial, white balsamic syrup, soda and a ruffle of shiso leaf. Tall, pale pink, light and less inebriating than most.

Prepare the Ingredients
Gather all the ingredients listed above and ensure they are chilled, especially the sparkling wine and soda water.

Mix the Base
In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine 2 oz of Tanqueray Rangpur Lime Distilled Gin, 1 oz of shiso cordial, and 0.5 oz of white balsamic syrup. Stir well until chilled.

Create the Cocktail
Strain the mixed ingredients into a tall glass filled with ice. Carefully pour 4 oz of sparkling wine and 2 oz of soda water over the mixture.

Add a fresh shiso leaf as a garnish by ruffling it and placing it on top of the drink.
