Espresso Martini Ingredients
Method
Preparation Directions
- 1
Brew the Espresso
Start by brewing 1 cup of fresh espresso. Allow it to cool slightly while you prepare the other ingredients.
- 2
Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add the freshly brewed espresso, 2 oz of Finlandia Vodka, 1 oz of coffee liqueur, 1 tbs of molasses, and 1 tbs of simple syrup.
- 3
Add Ice
Fill the shaker with ice cubes to the top. This will chill the mixture as you shake.
- 4
Shake the Cocktail
Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until the mixture is well chilled and frothy.
- 5
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass carefully, making sure to leave the ice behind.
- 6
Garnish
Garnish the drink with 3 coffee beans placed on the surface of the cocktail for an aromatic touch.
