Measure Tea Leaves
While the water is boiling, measure out 2 teaspoons of Darjeeling green tea leaves and place them in a teapot or a cup.

Once the water has boiled, remove it from heat and let it cool for about 30 seconds. Then pour the hot water over the tea leaves in the teapot or cup.
