Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Bacon

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the 8 slices of bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Flip occasionally for even cooking. Once cooked, transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Eggs

In a bowl, crack the 4 large eggs and season with 1 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of black pepper. Whisk until well combined.

  3. 3

    Cook the Eggs

In the same skillet used for the bacon (remove excess grease if necessary), pour the beaten eggs. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring gently until the eggs are scrambled and cooked through, about 3-5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Avocado

While the eggs are cooking, cut the 1 medium avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash with a fork and season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. 5

    Grate the Cheese

Grate the 1 cup of cheddar cheese using a cheese grater.

Assembly

  1. 6

    Warm the Naan

Gently warm the 4 pieces of naan bread in a dry skillet over low heat for about 1-2 minutes on each side until soft and pliable.

  2. 7

    Assemble the Roll

On each piece of warm naan, layer the scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, a generous scoop of mashed avocado, and sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese.

  3. 8

    Add Hot Sauce

Drizzle 2 tablespoons of hot sauce over the filling in each naan roll.

  4. 9

    Garnish

Top with fresh cilantro as a garnish.

  5. 10

    Serve

Fold the naan bread around the filling to create a roll. Serve immediately while warm.
