Prepare the Bread
Spread butter on one side of each slice of rye bread.

Assemble the Sandwich
On the unbuttered side of two slices of bread, layer the corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and Russian dressing. Top with the other two slices of bread, buttered side facing out.

Grill the Sandwich
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the assembled sandwich in the skillet and grill until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 4-5 minutes per side.

Serve
Remove the sandwich from the skillet, cut in half, and serve warm.
