Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Lobster Tails

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top shell of the lobster tails down the center. Gently pull the meat up and over the shell while keeping it attached at the base.

  2. 2

    Season the Lobster

Sprinkle the lobster meat with salt and drizzle with lemon juice. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Bake the Lobster Tails

Bake the lobster tails in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.

  2. 4

    Prepare Drawn Butter

In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in fresh parsley and lemon zest.

Serving

  1. 5

    Serve

Remove the lobster tails from the oven, and serve them warm with the drawn butter on the side for dipping.
