Cooking the Pork

Prepare the Pork
Rub the pork shoulder with salt, black pepper, cumin, and garlic powder. Place it in a slow cooker.

Add Salsa
Pour the tomatillo salsa over the pork shoulder.

Cook the Pork
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and easily shredded.

Shred the Pork
Remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks. Return the shredded pork to the slow cooker and mix with the salsa.

Warm the Tortillas
In a skillet over medium heat, warm the corn tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.

Assemble the Tacos
Place a generous amount of pulled pork on each tortilla. Top with slices of avocado, radishes, and drizzle with lime juice.

Serve
Serve the tacos with lime wedges on the side for additional flavor.
