Prepare the Glass
Fill a cocktail glass with crushed ice and set aside to chill.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the light rum, ube puree, pineapple juice, and fresh lime juice.

Shake and Strain
Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 15 seconds. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass over the crushed ice.

Garnish
Garnish the drink with a lime wedge on the rim of the glass and sprinkle with ube powder if desired.
