S'more Ice Cream Pie

In a large bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until frothy.

Prepare the Dough

Add olive oil and salt to the yeast mixture. Gradually add flour, stirring until a dough forms.

Mix Ingredients

Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Knead the Dough

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours or until doubled in size.

Let it Rise

While the dough is rising, preheat your brick oven to 475°F (245°C).

Preheat the Oven

Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into 2 equal portions. Roll each portion out to your desired thickness.

Shape the Pizza

Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, sprinkle with mozzarella, and top with pepperoni and fresh basil.

Add Toppings

Transfer the pizza to the preheated brick oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.

Remove from the oven, let cool for a minute, slice, and serve hot!

Top the Pie

Drizzle chocolate syrup on top of the whipped cream and freeze the pie for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
