In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add potato gnocchi and cook until they float to the surface, about 2-3 minutes. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add shallots and garlic, cooking until soft and fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.

Make Sauce
Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, then add thyme. Bring to a simmer and let it reduce slightly, about 5-10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Gently fold in the cooked gnocchi and chopped lobster. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.

Plate the lobster gnocchi fricassée, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
