Slider Buns

Variety 1: Classic Beef Sliders

Variety 2: Grilled Chicken Sliders

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Slider Buns

Start by gathering all slider buns. Place them on a platter or tray for easy access during assembly.

Cooking Classic Beef Sliders

  1. 2

    Mix the Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well until evenly incorporated.

  2. 3

    Form Patties

Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.

  3. 4

    Cook the Patties

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness is achieved. Add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.

  4. 5

    Assemble the Sliders

Place each beef patty on a slider bun. Top with pickles, ketchup, and mustard as desired. Cover with the top half of the bun.

Cooking Grilled Chicken Sliders

  4. 9

    Assemble the Sliders
