Scoop the Ice Cream
Using an ice cream scoop or a large spoon, portion out 4 cups of vanilla ice cream into serving bowls or cups.

Add Chocolate Syrup
Drizzle 1 cup of chocolate syrup evenly over the scooped ice cream in each bowl.

Top with Whipped Cream
Spoon 1 cup of whipped cream over the chocolate syrup on each sundae.

If desired, add chopped nuts and place a maraschino cherry on top of each sundae for decoration.
