Drain the sliced dill pickles and pat them dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

Dip in Buttermilk
In another bowl, pour the buttermilk. Dip each pickle slice into the buttermilk, allowing the excess to drip off.

After dipping in buttermilk, dredge each pickle slice in the flour mixture, ensuring it is evenly coated.

Heat the Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Pickles
Fry the coated pickles in batches for 2-3 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy. Use a slotted spoon to transfer them to a paper towel-lined plate.

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, buttermilk, dried dill weed, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
