Pasta Dough

2 cups 00 bread flour
3 large Eggs
1 tbs olive oil
1 tsp Celtic sea salt

Making the Pasta Dough

Prepare the Dough
In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt. Make a well in the center and crack the eggs into it. Add the olive oil.

Mix and Knead
Using a fork, beat the eggs, gradually incorporating the flour starting from the edges of the well. Once it starts to come together, use your hands to knead the dough until smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes. Wrap in plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.
