Prepare the Ribs
Remove the membrane from the back of the pork ribs and trim any excess fat. Pat the ribs dry with paper towels.

Make the Rub
In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Season the Ribs
Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the pork ribs, ensuring they are well coated. Let the ribs marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium heat (about 160°C / 320°F).

Cook the Ribs
Place the ribs on the grill, bone side down. Cover and cook for approximately 2 hours, turning occasionally.

Once cooked through and tender, remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
