Sausage Links Ingredients

Method

Preparation Directions

  1. 1

    Mix Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine ground pork, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, paprika, red pepper flakes, and chopped parsley. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.

  2. 2

If using sausage casings, rinse them thoroughly in cold water and soak them in water for about 30 minutes. Stuff the casing with the sausage mixture using a sausage stuffer, tying off the ends. If not using casings, shape the mixture into small sausage links by hand.

  3. 3

Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil. Once hot, place the sausage links in the skillet and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until they are browned and cooked through.

  4. 4

    Serve

Remove the sausage links from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy them hot with your favorite sides.
