Prepare the Meat
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and ground pork. Brown the meat, breaking it apart with a spatula until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.

Season the Meat
Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the cooked meat and add 1/2 cup of water. Stir well and let it simmer for about 5-10 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Heat the Tortillas
Warm the corn and flour tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.

Set Up the Taco Bar
Arrange all the ingredients on a table or countertop. Include the warm tortillas, seasoned meat, and all the toppings along with crema and lime wedges for serving.

Let guests load their tacos with their choice of meat and toppings. Serve with lime wedges and enjoy!
