Sliders Assembly

Method

Prepare Caramelized Onions

  1. 1

    Caramelize the Onions

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced onions and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 15-20 minutes until they are soft and golden brown.

Make Secret Sauce

  1. 2

    Mix the Sauce

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Mix well and set aside.

Prepare Beer Battered Pickles

  1. 3

    Batter the Pickles

In a bowl, mix flour, beer, and salt until smooth. Heat oil in a deep pan. Dip pickle slices in the batter and fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

Cook Sliders

  1. 4

    Shape and Cook Beef

Divide ground beef into 3 equal portions (2.5 oz each). Season with salt and pepper. Shape into patties and cook on a grill or skillet over medium-high heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side, adding cheddar cheese slices in the last minute to melt.

Assemble Sliders

  1. 5

    Build the Sliders

On each slider bun, place a beef patty, a generous amount of caramelized onions, a dollop of secret sauce, and top with beer battered pickles. Serve immediately.
