Pineapple Matador Recipe

Preparation Instructions

   Infuse the Tequila

   In a glass jar, combine the reposado tequila with diced pineapple, chile guajillo, and chile de arbol. Seal the jar and let it infuse in a cool, dark place for at least 24 hours.

   Prepare the Cocktail

   After the infusion period, strain the mixture to remove solids. In a shaker, combine 2 oz of the infused tequila, agave syrup, agavero orange liqueur, and fresh lime juice. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.

   Serve

   Strain the mixture into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with a lime wheel and a sprig of fresh cilantro.
