Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Marinate the Chicken

In a bowl, combine your favorite marinade ingredients (e.g., olive oil, lime juice, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper). Add the chicken breasts and marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for best flavor).

  2. 2

    Grill the Chicken

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Toppings

While the chicken is grilling, prepare the toppings. In a bowl, mix the shaved cabbage, chopped cilantro, sliced Spanish onion, and sliced radishes. Set aside.

  4. 4

    Warm the Tortillas

Heat the corn tortillas on a skillet or directly on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side until warm and pliable.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Dish

Slice the grilled chicken into strips. To assemble, place a few strips of chicken in the center of a warm tortilla, top with the cabbage mixture, drizzle with green salsa and taquera sauce to taste. Serve immediately.
