Chill an old fashioned glass by filling it with ice water and letting it sit while you prepare the drink.

In a mixing glass, combine the brown sugar and bitters. Add the Bulleit Bourbon and stir until the sugar is dissolved.

Strain and Serve
Empty the ice water from the chilled old fashioned glass. Fill the glass with fresh ice and strain the mixture over the ice.
