Stromboli Ingredients

Method

Stromboli Directions

1

Prepare the Dough

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.

2

Layer the Ingredients

On the rolled-out dough, layer the Genoa salami, capicola, pepperoni, and provolone cheese evenly, leaving an inch border on the sides.

3

Season and Roll

Drizzle olive oil over the layers. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and garlic powder on top. Starting from one end, carefully roll the dough tightly into a log, pinching the seams to seal.

4

Bake the Stromboli

Place the rolled Stromboli seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the top with a little olive oil. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

5

Serve

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Slice and serve warm with classic tomato sauce on the side.
