Cooking Instructions
Cook the Pasta
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Seafood
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add Tomatoes
Add the grape tomatoes to the skillet and cook until they start to soften, about 3-4 minutes.
Cook the Seafood
Add the scallops, mussels, and shrimp to the skillet. Pour in the white wine, cover, and cook until the mussels open and the shrimp turn pink, about 5-7 minutes.
Combine and Season
Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet, tossing to combine. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste.
Garnish and Serve
Stir in fresh parsley just before serving. Serve immediately.
