Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Beef Patties

In a bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently to incorporate the seasonings without overworking the meat. Form the mixture into two equal patties.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patties

Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the beef patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Toppings

While the patties are cooking, wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Slice the tomato into thick rounds.

  4. 4

    Fry the Eggs

In a separate pan, heat oil over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the pan and fry until the whites are set and the yolks are still runny, about 2-3 minutes.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of each pretzel bun, layer the cooked beef patty, followed by a generous spoonful of F5 beer cheese sauce, lettuce, and tomato. Top with a fried egg and place the other half of the bun on top.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the burgers warm with your choice of sides, such as fries or a salad.
