Chicken Wings
Method
Preparation
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare the Chicken Wings
In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.
Bake the Wings
Place the seasoned chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they are spaced out. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning once halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
Prepare the Sauce
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Once melted, add the hot sauce and stir until well combined.
Coat the Wings
Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the hot sauce mixture over the wings and toss until they are thoroughly coated.
Serve
Serve the spicy chicken wings hot with your favorite blue cheese dressing on the side.
