Grilled Chicken Sandwich

Chopped Brisket Filling

Method

Grilled Chicken Sandwich

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Let them marinate for about 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Grill the Chicken

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

  3. 3

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet, cook the bacon strips over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Sandwich

Slice the tomato and toast the Cuban bread lightly. Spread mayonnaise on both sides of the bread.

  5. 5

    Assemble

Layer the grilled chicken, bacon, lettuce, and tomato on one piece of bread. Top with the second piece of bread.

Chopped Brisket Filling

  1. 6

    Prepare the Filling

In a skillet, combine the chopped brisket, grilled bell peppers, and grilled onions. Heat over medium heat until warmed through.

  2. 7

    Add Cheese

Once the filling is warm, place provolone cheese slices on top and cover the skillet. Allow the cheese to melt for about 2-3 minutes.

  3. 8

    Assemble the Sandwich

Spread a portion of the brisket filling onto one piece of the toasted Cuban bread. Top with another piece of bread to form a sandwich.
