Remove chicken from buttermilk mixture, allowing excess to drip off. Dredge each piece in the flour mixture, ensuring a thorough coating.

Heat oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat. Fry chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.
