Choose Your Flavor
Select one of the juice flavors (Orange, Cranberry, Apple, or Pineapple-Grapefruit) for the base of your mimosa.

Juice Preparation
If using fresh fruit, juice the fruit to obtain 2 cups of fresh juice. If using store-bought juice, measure out 2 cups.

Chill the Ingredients
Ensure the champagne or sparkling wine is well chilled before mixing. You can place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours prior to serving.

Combine Ingredients
In a large pitcher, add 2 cups of your chosen fruit juice and the entire bottle of champagne or sparkling wine. Stir gently to combine.

If desired, add 1 cup of fresh fruit (such as orange slices, cranberries, apple slices, or pineapple chunks) into the pitcher for garnish.
Serving

Prepare the Glasses
Pour the mimosa mixture into champagne flutes or glasses of your choice, filling each glass about halfway.
