Combine Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and granulated sugar. Whisk to combine and break up any lumps.

In another bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well blended.
