Blend and Strain
Once the mixture has simmered for about 5 minutes, remove from heat. Use a blender to puree the mixture until smooth. Strain the puree through a fine sieve into a bowl to remove the seeds, pressing with a spatula to extract as much liquid as possible.

Cool the Purée
Allow the blackberry purée to cool to room temperature before using.
Lime Juice

Juice the Limes
Cut the fresh limes in half and use a juicer or your hands to extract the juice into a measuring cup. Set aside.
Assembly

Combine Ingredients
In a glass, add 1/4 cup of the blackberry purée and 2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice. Stir to combine.

Add Soda Water
Top the mixture with soda water, filling the glass to the top. Stir gently to combine.

Garnish
If desired, garnish with fresh blackberries and lime wedges for a decorative touch.

Serve immediately over ice for a refreshing drink.
