Prepare the Broth
In a large pot, bring the vegetable broth to a simmer over medium heat. Add minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, Sriracha, and chili flakes. Stir well and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.

Cook the Beef
In a separate skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced beef sirloin and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

Cook the Ramen Noodles
In the simmering broth, add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions, usually about 3-5 minutes.

Assemble the Ramen
Once the noodles are cooked, divide them into bowls. Pour the hot broth over the noodles, top with the cooked beef, chopped green onions, and nori strips. Halve the soft-boiled eggs and place on top.
