    Cook the Noodles

    Boil the ramen noodles in a pot of salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

    Prepare the Broth

    In a pot, combine the broth, sesame paste, soy sauce, and chili oil. Bring to a simmer.

    Cook the Pork

    In a skillet, cook the ground pork over medium heat until browned. Add to the broth.

    Add Greens

    Add the spinach to the broth and cook until wilted. Add the cooked noodles and stir to combine.

    Serve

    Garnish with chopped green onion and serve hot.

Gyoza

    Prepare the Filling

    In a bowl, mix the ground pork, cabbage, green onion, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil until well combined.

    Fill the Wrappers

    Place a small spoonful of the filling in the center of each gyoza wrapper. Moisten the edges with water and fold to seal.

    Cook the Gyoza

    In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Place gyoza in the skillet and cook until the bottom is golden. Add a splash of water and cover to steam for 5 minutes.

    Serve the gyoza hot with dipping sauce.

Fried Rice

    In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Scramble the egg and set aside.
