Prepare the Fruits
Wash all the fruits thoroughly. Slice the orange, lemon, lime, and peach into thin wedges. Remove the stems from the strawberries and slice them in half.

Mix the Base
In a large pitcher, combine the sliced fruits with the sugar. Use a wooden spoon to gently muddle the fruits and sugar together, releasing the juices and dissolving the sugar.
Combining Ingredients

Add Liquids
Pour in the red wine, orange juice, and brandy into the pitcher with the muddled fruits. Stir gently to combine all the ingredients.

Introduce Fizz
Just before serving, add the Sprite or 7-Up to the pitcher to give the sangria a refreshing fizz.

Add Spices
Drop in the cinnamon stick for added flavor. Allow the sangria to sit for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
Serving

Serve Over Ice
Fill glasses with ice and pour the sangria over the ice. Garnish with additional fruit slices if desired.
