Prepare the Oysters
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Shuck the fresh oysters and place them on a baking sheet.

Make the Cajun Cream Sauce
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the diced tasso and cook until browned. Add minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute. Stir in the Cajun cream sauce, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Cook until heated through.

Assemble the Oysters
Spoon the Cajun cream sauce over each oyster. Sprinkle panko bread crumbs evenly on top.

Bake the Oysters
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the oysters are cooked and the top is golden brown.

Garnish and Serve
Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve hot.
