Prepare the Seafood

Cube the White Fish

Cut the white fish into 1-inch cubes and place them in a bowl.

Prepare the Mixed Seafood

If using shrimp, peel and devein them. Clean the squid and mussels as needed. Add them to the bowl with the white fish.

Make the Leche de Tigre

Blend the Ingredients

In a blender, combine the yellow pepper, fresh lime juice, fish stock, cilantro leaves, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.

Strain the Mixture

Strain the blended mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl to create the leche de tigre.

Combine with Seafood

Pour the leche de tigre over the cubed white fish and mixed seafood. Gently toss to coat. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.

Serve the Dish

Prepare the Garnish

In a serving bowl, layer the marinated seafood mixture. Top with chopped fresh cilantro, red onion slices, and diced avocado.

Serve with lime wedges on the side for extra freshness and flavor.
